Error on MP config exit (1 Viewer)

I get the errormsg (attachment) when pressing the OK button in MP config and/or immediately when clicking on "plugins"...
I start the MP config by clicking the "normal" icons on the desktop.

A little update here:

The problem disappears when stopping the TVService. Then you can start MP config, go to "plugins" and things... With the TVService startet the errormsg from above appers. So i have a workaround and its something like "fixed".
