Error - Unable To Create Graph (1 Viewer)

On looking for Tuner Card it pops the message "Unable to create Graph" twice then shows information about the Tuner Card. I'm having a Pinnacle Tv Tuner Box. How to scan channels and also in the player it shows the same message on Tv ON.

Need some help here.

I have exactly the same problem, evrey time im using a HD channel, I hope you have an explanation and solution also
I have been using both cyberlink and arcsoft h.264 decoder and Mircosoft audio decoder also
