Error with AMCU after update a movie (1 Viewer)

Hello,

when i update a movie on the tab "Update Movies" then i get a error on the Tab "View Movies". I can't see the database.
After replacing the Backup XML file everything is okay.
I get the same error when i edit a movie with AMC 3.5 or 4 and load the XML file with AMCU.

Which version do you use?
Could you post your broken database here in the forum?

From your logs I could suppose that you typed in a decimal in the wrong format. Perhaps a decimal with comma separation instead of a dot or something like this?!

Hi Sepheta,
will fix that for next version, so it is better handled.
For now, check your movie catalog and remove the
Rating = ""
from movie 379 "Petrol krallari"
Rating value is a number and the empty field causes an exception when internally converted to number format.

is there a easy way to add a personal Cover for the movie?
at the moment i put the cover to the Cover folder, rename the jpg to "NAmeOfConfig"_"NameofMovie" and edit XML file manually with Wordpad and add
Picture="NAmeOfConfig_nameofmovie.jpg"

i have about 40 movies without covers.

i have about 40 movies without covers.

AMCupdater can use local "Folder.jpg" - so setting Picture Handling on database tab to that option should allow to automatically register those images to your catalog. However, I myself never used that option, so can't promise it works - maybe other users can tell.
Alternatively you could do it in Ant Movie Catalog (if you use it) - and just browse to the image you want.
