I googled the last 2 at the bottom of the list which are from the VC++ 2012 and VC++ 2015, uninstalled and reinstalled those 2 packages and it's now working. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I assume others getting the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will have similar problems?
