In the NSIS script file were a few errors.
I have some lines commented out and colored in yellow.

The only line with error seems to be :
Delete "${SETUP_TV_FOLDER}\Plugins\CustomDevices\Mediaportal.TV.Server.Plugins.CustomDevices.igitalDevices.dll"
It's missing the "D" of "Digital"

I'm not sure why you comment out the other lines ?

On these lines, files are searched, the wich are present but not found by the script.
