Hi Tony. Unfortunatly there is just one log file left from yesterday. But the good thing its a short one where this issue appeared.

EDIT: Had a look at the log myself and even having no clue what it tells im very sure this was the time. I tested "Pause" and then
just watched a movie ( Kabel1 - Philadelphia ). I wonder a bit that the log is that short. Played around a long time before just watching tv.

Can you try running with the 'Don't drop discontinued packets.....' box in MP config not ticked - like it is here -> TV Client - MediaPortal Wiki <- (not ticked is the standard setting, which is more robust/stable with most video decoders)

    Hi Tony,

is it possible to create a special v0.39 version for further testings ?
What i need is v0.39 + this feature from v0.41 ( IO read thread added )

    Regrads,
    Daniel

Why ? (what problems are you seeing with v41 ?)

My feeling is that 0.39 is running very smooth. The 0.41 has some more drops - prefetch thresholds adjusted (slightly more aggressive) - maybe this one is causing this. If i have time today i will provide clean logs for both versions.

There's nothing I can see in the logs to explain what might be going wrong, but I'm not an expert on the TV server end of things.

RTSP runs different code at both ends of the system, so it's quite possible for something to work with singleseat and UNC but break with RTSP - sorry, but I can't help further.....

    Tony

    hi tony :)

i want to say the v41 is running perfect from days ;) and as i told you before i can use rtsp also on wifi :)

about those 3 channel that i haven'y working on RTSP i've found the workaround i have to use the debugoption on server lookup PAT

now is all working very very smooth with tsreader v41, directshowv92nodwm and tvserver debugoption lookupPAT enabled ;)

thank you for your brilliant work ;)
