you can generate a playlist in the folder by opening a commandline window -> navigate to the folder -> type "dir /b > myplaylist.m3u". The playlist is shown in the list of video files and can be selected.

Can you add the possibility to shut-off computer by TVsever and/or mediaportal power scheduler plugin in your next release? I know that standby and hibernation states allows resume for pending recordings, but I don't care this.

its not funny. Instead of making 1 option u offer tp make playlists etc. I have many folders with subfolders and if i will create for each playlist i'll go crazy. And i dont like to choose items from playlist coz i do it from MP.

I (and a few others) have tried the recompiled core.dll and it works fine, but I need a version compiled with the MPC-HC subtitles as well. Any possibility? Pretty please!!! It would make my MP 100% complete and perfect if you could do this!

as already mentioned by tourettes and Pretoriano a new build will come when the SVN tree is declared as "stable" for testing. At the moment there was no SVN update since 3 weeks.

Sorry for the late answer but i was too busy searching for the reason, why my internal Display in Origen S16V hangs sporadically that the feature of setting idle time was/is not my biggest problem. But apart from that problem I am still very interested in manually setting the idle time for the display because browsing in my music file directories is near to impossible if the information is displayes only 5 seconds. A time of 30 seconds would be much better so if you (disaster123) are able to code this, it would be great.

Answering my own question...installing just the MP download on top of existing install seems to have worked fine.....am I supposed to be seeing a new "smart stretch" option cause I'm not?

the features on the start page are more a changelog than an actual feature list. In the past MP does not have a smart stretch option - my version had. Now it has the same as MP has - so there is no new option.
