hey out there,

this modified MediaPortal is a really good work. But I'm thinking a little bit different...

How about releasing the "modification" as plugins (e.g. the PowerScheduler with network monitoring)?

For PowerScheduler this might work - but not for the other modifications. If you only would like to use the PowerScheduler Feature. Extract the files and then copy the powerscheduler.dll to your normal installation.

this is the way i made it... installed on a second computer and extracted the files (had no time... not the best, but also working solution )

unfortunately, powerscheduler won't work for me... the clients aren't able to "connect" Klick (@disaster123: could you please take a look at my last post in the linked thread?)

I'm sorry but I've no idea why this happen. For me and the others this seems to work. I've also nothing changed in the PowerScheduler which afftects the connection itself. There is only another prevent for standby handler.

k... now i do have the powerscheduler tvserver plugin integratet in my tvserver... i want to handle standby with shares... is it possible to use a "*" as a wildcard in the "user" cell? because i don't want to do this for each user and each share...
