I have a feature request (I don't know why this isn't in MediaPortal already):

The option to use .png in addition to/instead of .jpg for "folder" images and music album covers. I don't know if this involves a huge amount of coding, but it would be sweet to be able to use which ever format you want. For example, you can add transparancy to your thumbs if you want that.

As it is right now, for example this type of covers will be impossible to get using jpeg's:

Edit: I now have a collection of .png movie covers that I use without any problems with Moving Pictures (as that plugin let's you choose what ever picture you want as a cover) that has rounded covers. Let me know if you'd like a screen shot.

Edit 2: Here's what my Moving Pictures looks like since it can use .png's:

Would be nice to have this option for Music and Videos as well.

This is maybe the most silly question here but after i installed both tv server and mediaportal i have to configure tv channels on both but cannot import them in mediaportal configuration settings. confusing. Any help?

Look slike you've first installed tvserver and THEN MP. Do it the other way round or start TV-Server installation again and be sure that you've select TV-Plugin.

Since nearly one year, there is no more support for cuesheets in the MyMusic-Part! Last support was a svn for MP 0.2.3.0 in March 2008! For me, and i think other users with a lot of lossless compressed Images too, support for cuesheets is very important, but hwahrmann is very busy,. Take a look at this Thread! Maybe you are able to add support again in your release! The old SVN (with support) i have uploaded to Filestore! Download

Can't download

I'm having problems downloading from zShare. Download stops at around 2%. I've now tried 5 or 6 times. An attempt to resume redirects to an html page. Is there another D/L location?

Waited an hour and tried again - sucessfully! I get too impatient, sometimes.

I'm sorry - my release is mainly a release which integrates some patches - but i've not the time to make new features. My weekly scheduler is the only feature I've integrated without any available patch. If you provide i patch i can integrate it.
