External Player -> DVD-Iso -> Moving Pictures (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

just one question:

I use Moving Pictures to organize my movies. My dvds are ripped to iso-files on my hdd. They play just fine within Mediaportal.

Now i configured Mediaportal to use an external Player (i wanna use total media theatre with the slim-hd plugin for upscaling-reasons) but unfortunatelly the isos in moving pictures keep starting with the internal player.

Does the Configuration Setting for external Player in the DVD Section only work with physical discs you put in your dvd-rom?

Does anyone have any tips for me how i can get the external player to work with isos within moving pictures?

external player should work fine with images auto mounted with daemon tools. I have a number of images as well and use MPC-HC as an external player.
