Set up MP1 on Win10, all went fine except i have frame drops with the Video codec when watching movies or series. Tried to gather log files with watch dog but plugins don't load although i set the middle option, have to open titan editor and save again to bring plugins back. So i took all the logs from MP and made a rar file. Tried to figure it out myself with help from other post but with no succes. Only clou i see is as the title says, after that the drops appear. Hope the logs give sufficient info.

    Hello

How many frames are actually being dropped?
I mean, is it many => noticeable and annoying during viewing.
...or only a few => only noticeable when checking render stats.

I ask because the video renderer log shows:
    [2017-11-09 21:50:28,855] [1d8d4d00] [18c0] - Render stats : Display-to-video FPS ratio = 1.0010(FRR 1)| Frames dropped 11, drawn 3466, repeated 3 | MPAR clk adj 0

If the log is right and only 11 frames are dropped, that doesn't seem so unreasonable considering that the refresh rate of your TV doesn't match the frame rate of the content:
    [2017-11-09 21:48:01,556] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - MediaInfoWrapper.MediaInfoWrapper: Inspecting media : \\DiskStation\Video\films\Spider-Man Homecoming (2017)\Spider-Man Homecoming (2017).mkv
    [2017-11-09 21:48:01,571] [Log ] [MPMain ] [DEBUG] - MediaInfoWrapper.MediaInfoWrapper: FrameRate : 23,976

    Thanks for your response.
So i focused in the wrong direction. What i did earlier to try solve this is set the refresh rate for fps 23,976 to 24 assuming this was the better setting, default was 23 so i switched back and render stats give the right specs now (i presume).

    [2017-11-10 09:55:06,154] [1f9dbcd8] [2018] - Display (from windows): 3840 x 2160 @ 23.980000 Hz | Measured refresh rate: 23.978981 Hz

But with this rate frame drops also appear, they happen every now and than and give hiccups during playback, very annoying. New logs attached.

Obviously the EVR log shows the frame drops. As you say, they seem to happen infrequently - every now and then:

I suspect there's probably a pattern. The challenge for you is to find what the frame-dropping is correlated with.

If I were you I'd be using Windows Task Manager, Windows Resource Monitor, CPU-Z, NVIDIA software, LatencyMon etc. etc. etc. to check whether the frame drops correlate with CPU peaking, power saving, thermal throttling, DPC latency issues, GPU peaking, disk and/or network activity etc. etc. etc.. In fact, the very first thing I'd do would be to copy the file to a local disk/folder to remove the network from the equation.

Played with the hardware decoder and somehow it is related to DXVA2. When selected i have random frame drops with fps 23,976 content, tv and 4k video (fps 50) runs smooth without frame drops however. When i select CUVID the 23,976 runs smooth without frame drops and low CPU load. But tv doesn't run smooth and with 4K CPU loads 100% so this isn't an option. Any suggestions what might be the problem?

    GPU is EVGA GT1030

After your replies I was convinced it’s no MP related. I think this card is the problem on this high resolution as 1080 runs smoothly with all content, so I set it to 1080P output. After all 95% of what I watch is HD. Thank you for your time.
