Hello

How many frames are actually being dropped?
I mean, is it many => noticeable and annoying during viewing.
...or only a few => only noticeable when checking render stats.

I ask because the video renderer log shows:
[2017-11-09 21:50:28,855] [1d8d4d00] [18c0] - Render stats : Display-to-video FPS ratio = 1.0010(FRR 1)| Frames dropped 11, drawn 3466, repeated 3 | MPAR clk adj 0

If the log is right and only 11 frames are dropped, that doesn't seem so unreasonable considering that the refresh rate of your TV doesn't match the frame rate of the content:
