"Failed to start local comms" error on MP 1.2.2 (1 Viewer)

Using MP 1.2.2 with IRSS Test Build 1.4.2.4290 (w 1.2.1 patch)
Getting "Failed to start local comms : IR functions temporarily disabled" when trying to configure in MP TV-Server configuration (plugin section)
Could not found any resolution\reference to MP 1.2.2

Any help?
