Maybe rename the option or give a short explanation next to the option would help any user.

Do you mean that if the option Use High Def Thumbnails is chedcked, only fanart is downloaded?
I thought this option was to overwrite the options about the size of thumbnails fixed in MP, so the thumbnails could be bigger. I see I was wrong.
