first of all: i realy love MP, it's a great peace of work!
i know it is still far away from a stable build
i needed 5 days to get everything running.
especialy the dvb-epg needs ages to fill in the info.
also web-epg (at least the first time) needed 30 min to start MP.
many peaple (like me) still have to fight with:
- overall speed of MP is bad (Athlon 64 3000+ and 2GB ram)
- channel search: -> must be run serveral times to get all channels
- DVB-Epg needs ages (ss2-card) to get the info
the orginal software form technisat needs just 30 secs to get the guide for 1
week
- WebEpg has a timeshift of 24 hours in germany when actualized the second time
and is incredibly slow when lunched the first time.
- when saving channel list, making a fresh install of MP, importing channel list then
all dvb-radio channels are gone
anyway you do a gread job and i wish we could have a year passed by already and could have fun with that realease.
