As for starring the issue it just means you click the star on the page for the issue on the issue tracker. This accomplishes two things. First you are voting for the issue. If an issue has a lot of votes the developers know there is high demand for the feature. And secondly, when a change is made to the issue in our tracker you will receive an email update.To do this though you need a Google Account.</blockquote>
