When you watch a movie or a recorded video, I think it would be very useful having a navigation bar showing the chapters and the Comskip marks. It would be even more useful being able to edit the marks directly with the remote control. The bar should have a "don't hide" option too. The ability to add a name to each mark would be welcome.
The next step could be the ability to cut/delete/save the actual file with the help of the aforementioned bar.
For those who know it, I'm thinking of the software that runs on the Topfield 5000PVR STB.
Another thing fot the schedule: it would be nice being able to choose the start time and the length, in the advanced window, with a better precision. We all know how much HDD space is required for a five mins rec.
Third, is there a way to launch and use an external music player and database? (Foobar 2000)
Maybe these things are already iplemented - directly or through a plugin, but I can't find a way to know.
