Summary: Show a "Please Wait" indicator/message during long delays

Description: Some actions, such as starting LiveTV or starting a stream from e.g. YouTube.fm can take 5+ seconds before anything happens, during which the user doesn't know if the button press was even received. This leads to the user pressing the button again, which then causes unwanted actions when the TV/stream does start in response to the first press.
Therefore I request that a clear and obvious indicator/message, to show that the button press has been received and is being acted upon, be displayed during these delays to avoid this confusion.
