Whenever I use the %name% wildcard I get either a blank or the actual "%name%" in the filename instead of the Episode's name.

    Bump

Could this be a MySQL issue, or HOW does the episode name get turned into a portion of the filename? I get a .xml file written with the description and all but I don't even see EpisodeName in the database... although parsing all characters before the : in the description is the EpisodeName.

I see an issue with the filenaming wildcards was addressed as fixed in 1.0.2 (at least for [optional] fields). I see no improvement. I still get the text "%name%" instead of a real Episode Name.

I stumbled across 0002166: Add EpisodeName and EpisodePart to program db table in the roadmap... Could this be at the root of the issue?

BTW, I'm now running MP 1.0.2 but this issue has been constant ever since I left MP 0.2.3.0 and began using the TV-Server.

    Hi Andrew H.

yes this field is not yet handled in the code so it's not parsed. Will be hopefully fixed in 1.1.0.

OK... so it's been an issue in the TV-Server code all along in MP 1.0.0.0 and subs (1.0.1.0 & 1.0.2.0), right?

Thanks for clearing this up... So it was the [optional] implementation of wildcards that was 'fixed' but not the EpisodeName as advertised in the user's Manual under Thumbnails, or in the MP-Configuration application.

Looking forward to MP 1.1.0 :)
