Firefly troubles with MP (1 Viewer)

I installed the firefly software and a profile off here and put it in the right place. But for some reason only the back button,arrows and ok buttons are working. Any ideas? Do I have to enable the profile or something?

Also whats the best profile for MP?

anyone? I would like to get this working asap. I tried searching the forums and doing what ppl suggested but they just ain't explaining in enough detail I don't think.

I ended up just creating my own Girder group. Took me a little while but I tried a few of the other ones out there which didn't work for me.

I don't know anything about Girder but if I got it is there a way you could send me your profile or whatever Girder saves to? Save me from having to try and map/configure each button?
