Ive got most of this working, what else do i need to get my setup running sweeter than sweet.

How do i control mediaportal with my remote, what codecs do i need for AVI blu-ray etc.

in mediaportal configuration, under remote you can specify you have a microsoft remote and everything will work perfectly.

i think you may need haali splitter in case u have a file with two audios, also another program for subtitles (cant remember the name).

how does the quad work? i guess all must be really fast,isnt it? which one is it?

very fast just trying to get blu-ray and hd-dvd to intergrate in media portal with not much success.

check the forum, there is a post on how to get blueray to work with mp, using windvd or powerdvd as player within mediaportal. good luck
