This error seems not related to the 1.3 beta installation. IRSS was working for you before 1.3 beta already?

I have no idea what's failing there. I am not used to this area of the code where it is failing.

Please delete the section=MPControlPlugin in MediaPortal.xml   in    C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal   and try again.
