this bat files is needed, only if you don't use Explorer.exe as shell ( MP only start with Windows, desktop is not display !)

If you see desktop when starty windows, not need Bat, only set IRSS to "Normal" and try !

look with CCleaner, if IRSS is desactived to start with windows !
