You can also create a shortcut and inside shortcut properties click advanced and the run as administrator.You then have a .lnk file, if you double click that, it works,but when you put it in the startup folder, it doesn't start with windows I'm now testing it by putting the .lnk in the registry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
