I am in the UK, and using DVB-T. MP is a terrific piece of work, as an embedded programmer myself, I know the amount of effort that is involved in writing reliable code. That aside, there is one slight irritation I have, that is when I shut down for the night and have left the last channel to one that does not broadcast all the time, when MP starts up again, and nothing is being transmitted, its locks up for ages until the stream not found message appears
. I am constantly forgetting to change to an active channel before I shut down. So the question is, can this delay be shortened, or better still, force a particular channel to be used on boot-up, say BBC1, that transmits most of the time. Any guidance would be most gratefully received.
