Flac Tags errors : Unknown artists & albums ? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Above all, Thanks for this great application !


My problem is very simple : my Flac file tags don't work correctly with MediaPortal.

I use folder.jpg and embedded cover art for my flac CDs. Every CD got its folder with the appropriate folder.jpg. Every file got its embedded cover art.

I use Tag&Rename to edit the tags. But when I checked the tags with Multi-Tag Reader, I've got many errors : no artist, no titles, no covers,...

If I use an another software like OrangeCD Catalog, everything works

Can you help me to fix the problems ? You can see them by looking at my attach pictures.

Can you upload one of the files in question so that i may have a look at it?

I need to precise : when I scan my flac files with OrangeCD Catalog, for example, I must check this option : Get info from Vorbis tags. See the new attach picture.

ok got it.
Your file contained Coverart inside a Flac Metadata Block.
The Tagreader only extracted Coverart inside a Vorbis Comment.
I've amended the code to read now as well the Flac Picture MetaData Block.

New code is in next public svn
