flakey EPG data for uk channels. (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a dual DVB S card with LNBs picking up 19.2E (German) and 28.2E (UK). After a re-install due to another problem, I can no longer get full EPG data for the UK.

The German channels generally have good coverage directly through DVB, but the UK channels just have now/next. I tried WebEPG (which i think i was using before), but can't get any data for BBC2 HD and several others. For BBC2, automapping gave me the BBC1 EPG. I then tried various (but not all - there are a lot) flavours of BBC2 from the 3 different sources for UK data (xmltv.radiotimes.com, www.mydigiguide.com, www.bleb.org) without any success.

So, given all of that, does anyone have any ideas how to get bbc2 epg data?

You can get the DVB epg for Freesat from Freesat Info, which is listed as a radio station. WebGrab+Plus has a scrapper for Sky's online guide and some others.

Only bbc2 doesn't have the full epg, but I'll double check in a day or so and use the webgrab if it hasn't updated.

I vaguely remember the radio channel solution, but couldn't find reference to it anywhere - i now realise i'd just overlooked it though:
