flv wont play in MP (1 Viewer)

Hi there,
FLV's wont play in media portal, I just get a blank screen & no sound.
They play perfectly in MS Win Media Player, so the codecs etc are all there
Ive installed FFDShow, flv splitter, flv player, still no luck

Any ideas for me to try??

MP Config\movies\movie extensions, add .flv

No flv's myself, so cannot test.

I can see them in MP, they just wont play (Ive added the extension)

Install ffdshow and activate the required codec in MP configuration program under the "movies" - "Movie Post Processing" (use expert mode). If you don't want to use ffdshow, then browse the web for flv codecs, install them and follow the same procedure.

Sorry, but I just cannot make it work.
I'm trying the OnlineVideos plugin: When I start a Youtube flash video, I see a lot of disk and network activity, but no picture, no sound. I'm using the ffdshow codecs and defined postprocessing as defined above.
Any hints?
