I am not able to get Mediportal to see the folder.jpg file in my upper folders. When I clidk My Video's I get the top folders list. None of these will show a picture. Once I click on that folder into the lower folders they show the folder.jpg I put in the folder. Any idea's?

Are you top level folders the first level on the drive ie. E:\Movies. If I remember correctly there was an issue, it may have been corrected so please forgive me, with displaying folder.jpg at this level. If the folders are all moved down a level then it should work as expected.
The default art is included in the appropriate skins \media folder. There are several different files depending on the view you have selected. files include "defaultfolder.png" and "defaultfolderbig.png". You will also need to delete the skin cache folder in the Application Data area.
My suggestion would be to move your Videos folders so that they are indented a further level. You can then customise to you hearts content without having to keep applying fixes to the skin folder everytime a new version is created.
