Folder view question (1 Viewer)

Sorry if this has been asked before, I wasn't really sure what to search for. I'm running 1.0.0.0 RC3. I have 4 separate folders that are full of movies, due to adding additional hard drives as I go along. Is there any way to view ALL of the movies on one screen rather than seeing folders 1-4 and having to go through each of them to find what I'm looking for? I currently don't have any real organization to the folders and it'd be nice to just have mediaportal or some plugin that just drops them all in one area and ABC orders them or something along those lines. But, the real priority is just getting them all into one viewable "folder." Any ideas? Thanks a lot,
Bill

You can also view them as one list if you scan them into MP database (from MP Configuration) and change the MP view from SHARES to something else like Title.

And then ofcourse the alternative plugins like The Mixer suggested. Moving Pictures seems the be popular.

Another option, if you are running Vista (Home Premium or better, I believe...but not sure about lower), is the 'mklink' command.

I recently added 5 750gb drives to my HTPC. Using the mklink command I created 'junctions' for the directories on the new drives that makes them appear on my old drive. Might not get to exactly where you are trying to go, but might be a way to get there somewhat.
