font problem on Nvidia card (1 Viewer)

Intel P4 2.8Ghz, MSI motherboard, 1GB Ram
Skin Blue Two

The fonts in MP are not fully visible. I already tried to
change the fonts in fonts.xml for the BlueTwo skin
to Helvetica but no change. Other skins (like MCE)
show the same problem.

Could be graphics corruption, have you checked the video card temperature?

Do you get the same problem if you run a DX game?

I also installed Windows XP Media Edition and
it has a much bigger problem. There it is barely
possible to see anything (screen flickers) and
I can barely find the little "X" in the corner
to exit MCE.

Could changes to the BIOS help ?

I have a 5500 and the MSI version I have don't really like the latest drivers, try the ones that came with the card. When I reboot I randomly get dumped into 640x480 with 16 bit colour. Check the fan on the card make sure its still going round!
