foobar seeking - simple fix? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I looked around in the music player stuff that i could find, because foobar2000 plugin does not support seeking.

Now, could it be that the foobar plugin just needs to implement

public override bool CanSeek()

returning true?

I'm not going to fiddle around with the code, don't have the means to test anything. I'm sure there's someone out there who can easily try ro evaluate this.

Surely that is just so MediaPortal knows if seeking with this player is supported or not, and someone will actually have to code support to make foobar seek properly, unless the code is already in there.

Yep, that's what i meant, seeking code is already there, only it does not work yet.

I've just upgraded to version 2.1.0 and all of a sudden seeking in foobar works
