[no Bug] freezes when loading iso from remote drive (2 Viewers)

Hi all

I just downloaded and installed MP1.2.0 and I have been running into a little problem. When ever I try to load an iso file from one of my network drive MP locks up. I have tried both virtual drive and daemon tools.

When I try and load an iso from my local drive it works just fine.

any help would be great. Here are my log files, I hope I did this right

Hi,

I have see some issue with latest (Windows Update on x32 win7 os) but it seems that is not related to your issue.
I have see also some issue using latest Virtual Clone Drive and Microsoft essential Anti-Virus.

Can you tell what is your anti-virus software etc ? and try to disable it.

Hi

I am using Microsoft essential Anti-Virus.

When I disable it and use virtual clone drive it works just fine but with daemon tools lite it does not work and it will not even mount the images.

I can send you updated logs tomorrow if you need me to about the daemon tools problem

is that an issue with daemon tools lite and antivirus suite?
Or an issue inside MP?

Hi Chris and Pmwolf,

It was an issue with Virtual Clone Drive (not sure about Daemon tool Lite) and Microsoft Antivirus (MSE) not related to MP

pmwolf :
For Daemon tool Lite, you can follow the Wiki to how to setup it and if you already do this correctly, so this issue seems related to MSE.
