I just wanted to post a very heartfelt thanks to MM1352000 for all of the effort and help he has been giving me to help track down the problems I am having. WOW is all I can say. THANKS!!!!!!

It actually has been a process of changing several things that all seemed to help a little to my current state, where I still have occasional glitches in the video stream but it doesn't happen nearly as often.

1) Disabled jumbo frames
2) Disabled QOS packet scheduling (Microsoft)
3) Upgraded to Argus 2.2.1
4) Forced RTSP for Live Recordings (Does not work well with HDPVR streams though)
5) Changed my Timeshift folder to a 8gb Ram Drive
6) Removed all splitters and unused cable connections in my house (just the cable tuner, modem, and TA are now hooked up)
7) MM135200 applied a patch to MePo that has had a major effect on everything including detection speed of the tuner

All in all those are the steps he helped me take to not eliminate the problem, but it did reduce it so much it does not cause major WAF issues anymore LOL
