French TV channels scrambled (1 Viewer)

I have setup TV with 0.2.2.0 and also with SVN MediaPortal-svn--05-10-2007--01-03-Rev14579.exe. In both cases, I recieve most channels without difficulty. Only the French channels appear scrambled. The video doesn't synchronize, as if the channels couldn't be tuned correctly. I have checked the frequencies against those given by the cable provder (telezug) and have tried both "Default and "PAL-B" (encoding specified by Telezug). The Swiss French channels TSR1 & TSR2 work fine, only the French channels (TF1, France2, TV5) are affected. What can I do to get these channels? Do I need to select some kind of SECAM decoding? They come in with no problems using JRiver Media Center 12 or XP MCE 2005 RU2.

Meanwhile tried also Hauppauge WinTV 2000 and ChrisTV PVR Pro 5.0.1.
Both have no problems with the French TV stations here.

P.S. What caused this was supplying the country, "France", in the TV channel setup. Apparently that caused MePo to interpret the channels as SECAM instead of PAL, even when I explicitly selected "PAL-B" in the setup. After setting both of these entries to "Default", the French channels come in correctly.
