Full HD Plasma: wich refresh rate? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I'm not sure wich refresh rate to use for my FullHD plasma Panasonic TH-50PZ.
I have Vista + MP RC1 and ATI HD2400.

I use MP with DVD, and many AVI, MPEG, DivX SD, HD and FullHD videos at 50i, 25p, ecc...

Wich is the preferred refreh rate that I can set?

choose the lowest possible rate, i tested like crazy, with the lowest rate i have almost eliminated the tearing effect.
