Full screen tv to guide without context menu (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if there was a way to access the tv guide straight from full screen tv. I don't want to have to bring up the context menu and then select TV Guide. I have looked and can't find any info, there are also no keyboard shortcuts in MP settings. I am using a harmony 550 remote and iMon software. The remote is programmed as a MCE remote in windows.

Any help would be great.
