[confirm] Fullscreen Playback TOPBAR failure (1 Viewer)

When MP first enters fullscreen playback of video; timeshifting, TS playback etc the TOPBAR will fail to appear when invoked.

BUT if you bring up the ' on now ' menu or the 'crop settings' menu the TOPBAR will now appear and be available until you next exit fullscreen. Re entering Fullscreen and the initial failure to appear is back.

Only the 'on now' and ' crops settings' ui will allow the TOPBAR to appear.

By default in the beta, the topbar is disabled in the skin for fullscreen video.

This was changed in revision 28006, if you are using SVN. It is working fine here.

Thanks for the reply. Wasn't aware of the history for this.

I will eventualy get back into the SVN stream, been away for some time.
