That's a Graphics card driver problem, see your running Vista, if any driver updates available, try using them.

You can check and make sure your Graphics card is not overheating, and nothing touching it (had one of my case temp sensors drop onto card and ocassionally gave some weird graphics).

But found with 2 completely different pc's with different hardware, I get a lightening strike coming from the top left hand corner (only in TVGuide), put this down now to driver/directx conflict on drawing that screen.

This has been talked about before, and no one has come up with a solution so far.

    regards

I also had it on Win XP with different graphics drivers and on vista an upgrade to newest nvidia driver did'nt make a difference.. So probably a defective graphics card :-(

If it is defective, I have 2, both have exactly the same graphics glitch, a 6600GT AGP and 7900GS PCIe.

As i said same fault 2 different pc's.

Worth borrowing a same spec card and seeing if any improvement.

I've now had a chance to test a n6200 enstead of the n6600 - it worked with the same driver.

I then put the n6600 in the other and it also worked.

My conclusion is that it most be a bad combination of motherboard, graphics card and/or drivers.

The mb'et with problems is a 4year old asrock and the one that did'nt give me problem is a ~2year old asus p4p800
