Sorry, I was wrong, I have a remote that came with ASUS TV-FM card...

And finally, I managed to use the remote with media portal!

I needed these plugins:

1. autohotkey

2. a special dll for mapping keys: http://www.autohotkey.net/~Micha/HIDsupport/Autohotkey.html

3. and of course rsenden's plugin
