I tried to debug this behavior (loosing keybinds) with SilentException. Unfortunately there was not anything wrong in the code. But he managed to find a solution.

I don't know whether this works on other OS. I'm on win7, 32bit and for the two weeks i tried it have not experienced one fallout and all.

Open regedit and go to:

Change/create: "LowLevelHooksTimeout" as dword and set it to "5000" and then reboot. Remember to backup the old key.

If you're lucky this has fixed it Otherwise you could try and change the value.
