getting 2.0 installed (1 Viewer)

tried to install, on win 7
told need .Net Framework 4.5.1 used NDP451-KB2859818-Web
then told need DirectX 9.0.c used dxwebsetup
now repeats need DirectX 9.0.c
so what further packages do I need

Also will package support Hauppage WinTV Nova-TD 500 dual tuner ?

Should also work without problems. I have used for quite some time the USB version of this tuner and TVE hasn't any issues with it.
