Getting my card and remote working? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! (1 Viewer)

Synopsis::

Firstly, I would really like to get my TV card working in Mediaportal. No matter what I try, nothing works. Sometimes I can just hear the sound but no video, and sometimes there is just a blue flickery screen. Anyone know what my problem is?

Secondly, I would really like to get the remote control from my TV card working without buying an extra receiver? The little IR thing plugs straight into a little 2.5mm jack on the TV Card. Is there any way to get it working with Mediaportal?

All help greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

In answer to your second question, NO, because the TV card remote driver does the transmission decoding. You would need either a serial or usb receiver to use GIRDER or HIP, to set your remote buttons to do what you want them too.
