Since I had been changing so many settings last night I uninstalled every codec and media portal so it was back to a fresh install of XP SP3. So I installed Media Portal again and then followed the below post to a T and I still have the same issue. I can watch divx and DVD with zero issues. I opened a Blue Ray rip in classic Media player and it too is jittery so I am assuming it is a codec issue. The picture of the blueray rip is clear as a bell, but the sound is way off.
