I am trying to get a KWorld DVB-T PE310 card working under the latest build of MediaPortal [3-19]. This card has dual digital/analogue hybrid tuners onboard and it is current not detected as a "supported" card. It is, however, based upon the Phillips 7162 chipset and at least some versions of this chipset seem to be known and listed. Elsewhere in the Wicki somebody posted an excellent tutorial on creating a custom entry in the capture cards definitions XML file. The instructions explained how to use Graphedit to create the graph for a card and how to use this information to develop the XML entry. See: http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/Add_TVCard_to_natively_supported_list I managed to do this successfully for the twin digital tuners and I now have digital working really well. The problem is, the instructions given were only for Digital tuner cards not analogue. eg The starting point was to "Open GraphEdit and add the Microsoft DVBT (or DVBS / DVBC) Network Provider under Insert Filters and BDA Network Providers". T The above is, obviously, not the right starting point for an analogue card. How to start to build a graph for an analogue capture card, that is the question ???
