Green Button not working (1 Viewer)

I have a problem using my Hama MCE remote. Once I had everything set up and the remote was working fine.
Then I think I changed something and now the green button on my remote is not working anymore.

When I launch the MP Configuration Tool and go to "Additional 3rd party check" it says "services stopped" and the only possibility to click is: Enable policy to prevent services startup. I think that this could be related to the problem with my remote but do not know how to re-enable the services.

Does anybody have a solution for this? Already tried searching but with no result

same thing here ... the start button does only result in short windows beep that also gets played when an error occurs.
I never got it working, although the mp tray is active.

played around a little with it and found out, that my remote seems to send "Alt+Enter" when pressing on the start button. has anyone any idea, how to change this?

My problem still exists and I do not have any solution how to fix it. Does nobody know how to start the services to make the Green Button work again?

Screw it? Hell no!
If you also use a Hama Remote there is a kinda simple way to get the "Green Button" to start MediaPortal. Check this post: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/tipps-tricks-tutorials-176/wie-man-mediaportal-statt-mediacenter-startet-green-button-auf-der-mce-zb-59145/index5.html#post649254 and download the ehshell.zip from there.

Then go to "C:\Windows\ehome\" and rename the existing ehshell.exe (you need full access to do that) to ehshell_old.exe or something and place the downloaded ehshell.exe in there. Now starting MP with the Green Button should work.
