Hi again Are you using some kind of remote desktop or virtual machine to run/use MP? Maybe that was only for getting the logs? It is just that in your older MP log I see a lot of: ...and messages like... I've checked the TV Server logs and I saw a lot of the following entries when you viewed "NRK Super / NRK3 HD 4" and "Discovery (N)" on Christmas Eve at about 1am: The older logs also show the same messages. They are often (but not always) caused by bad signal quality. Are you certain that your cable connection is okay? If you think it is okay then make sure that your virus scanner (including Windows Defender, Microsoft Security Essentials etc.) do not scan your timeshifting and recording folders. I see one issue with OnlineVideos but it might have been a one-time thing. Do you remember the last time this happened? It is possibly not in the logs so next time it happens (if it happens again) make sure to grab logs again and we can take a look. I'm sorry I don't see any of those messages in the logs. In general they are most often caused by CAM or subscription problems. I'd be happy to check logs again if you can provide new ones that show the problem. :) mm
