I had the TV portion working after a reformat and locating the install directions for Cablecard tuners https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/cablecard-tuner-support-for-mediaportal-1.112585/ Thank You!! Then I tried to add tuners to Windows Media Center. It was late and I wasn't thinking. TV Server still has channels when you use preview but when I start MediaPortal 1.5 and select TV nothing happens. Doesn't change screens, nothing. I tried to use system restore but no luck. Any ideas?

No, they were not disabled. Thank you, Vasilich. Now they are and I restarted the computer but the tv portion of MediaPortal still has no response. I click on TV, TV Guide, Recorded TV nothing happens.

Looks like the TV plugin is disabled:
