Hard Drive Problem (1 Viewer)

I had my computer working with Mediaportal no problems. However now when I start up mediaportal and select the hard drive I want to load from, the hard drive is empty. There are no movies listed in it.

When I go to my computer, and go into the hard drive, all my files are still there.

Can anyone give me any hints why this is happening and how I can fix it?
I couldnt find anything in the forums.

You may need to add the extension of the file-types to MyVideos in the MP Configuration. What is a typical filename of a movie you want to play?

Mainly mkv and avi files

checked the recognized files extensions, there all in there

Maybe you should give us more detail. Please fill in your MYSystem details in your User CP. Are you reading these files from the same computer, across a network, or how? Are you using My Videos to 'see' the files, or which option are you going under to see them? Personally I just add the folder under My Videos and when I;'m running MP I go to MyVideos and the folder shows up!
