hardware configuration for htpc (1 Viewer)

hi guys,
i am new to mediaportal and i was wondering if you guys can help me with the following question:
my hardware config is as follows:

Mainboard:
ASrock K7S8X (Bios P1.90)

CPU
AMD Athlon 2600+ 1,92 GHz

RAM:
1 GB + 256 MB

Graphics:
Nvidia Geforce3 Ti 200

Tv-Card:
Happauge WINTV PCI FM (878 / 881 Chip)

Audio:
C-Media AC97 (onboard)

Is it possible to run mediaportal with this configuration ?
IT looks like mediaportal is not running with my TV-card ... is it unsupported ?
Or is it just a config issue ?
If it is not supported ... Can you recommend a good low budget TV-Card.

I want to use as much components as possible because I want to start small and upgrade later if I like the htpc.
